Olivia Frost

Olivia began her dressage education under Felicitas von Neumann-Cosel at First Choice Farm in Maryland. Felicitas is an international dressage competitor, Reitlerhrer, and USDF examiner for the Instructors/Trainers Certification Program. She ensured Olivia was able to perform all the FEI dressage movements before being allowed to compete at any level.

Olivia trained with renowned bio mechanics expert Suzanne von Dietze, and Isabelle von Neumann-Cosel. She was assistant trainer to Kristina Harrison and worked regularly with Dr. Christian Schacht, Conrad Schumacher, Gail Hoff-Carmona, and others.

Olivia began training and teaching in 2006, establishing a specialized training program for each horse and rider that allows them to succeed and thrive. She instructs all her riders how to optimize their body, using bio mechanics to allow both the horse and rider to perform at their best. Her teaching style is a combination of visual learning, somatic embodiment, cheerleading, and timeless wisdom.
